Dual System

The Euro-BBW provides on and off the job trainee schemes conforming to the nationwide legal guidelines applicable by vocational education for youths and young adults.

Compared with an apprenticeship in a firm, one of several differences for the trainee is that workplace and vocational school are under the same roof. Periods of education outside the Euro-BBW are nevertheless also possible. Real contracts form the basis of the practical training. Whenever possible, we take on real commissions which have a market value for the client.
The close relationship between the theoretical and practical course content as well as the small class sizes averaging eight participants, have proven to be an advantage for our trainees.

Our courses follow the standard curriculum and assessment guidelines. This means that our trainees take the same examinations as a trainee employed in a business and receive a regular qualification from the examining bodies (IHK, HWK, ADD and Landwirtschaftskammer).

Alongside full-time education, we offer approved training courses designed to suit people with special needs (as in §66 BBiG) in a range of vocations.

For the duration of the apprenticeship we provide every trainee with the complete equipment for his/her vocation: textbooks, tools and work clothing.

Choosing the right career is not always easy. Even when career aspirations are already certain, the necessary qualifications are sometimes lacking. To help out here we also offer work placements, career guidance and foundation courses alongside the vocational education.
