Already in April of this year, the Ministry of Education of Rhineland-Palatinate informed us that our vocational school was certified as a European School of Rhineland-Palatinate. The day before yesterday, the official certification ceremony for the European Schools 2020 and 2021 took place in the Europa-Haus in Bad Marienberg.

In a festive program, State Secretary Heike Raab as well as Katja Bewersdorf and Heiko Stahl as representatives of the Ministry of Education of Rhineland-Palatinate presented the certification certificates as well as the signs for the door entrance, which from now on also visually identify us as a European School.

Criteria for the award as a European School were, for example, our foreign language offer, the exchanges within the framework of Erasmus + or the European profile of our institution, as we thus contribute to the cosmopolitan education of our participants and to the further growing together of Europe.

We are very happy about this award and thank the Ministry of Education and the State Chancellery of Rhineland-Palatinate very much.
